The five Tibetan are exercises that ancient religious orders for centuries have kept in secret and shared with a select few that effective in reactivating through the physical body, subtle body and energy to put in resonance with our micro cosmos and macro cosmos.

By learning to consciously make contact with the body, this will become conscious of the essence of their light body, capable of expressing potential unexpected. 
The five Tibetan rites are also called energy as effective in releasing the negative energy produced by the emotional body used to being at the mercy of old wounds and feelings of revenge. 
These rituals reinforce the river of energy flowing through and around the physical body and subtle so that the structure of man he appears rejuvenated. 

In Tibet, the great masters have dedicated their lives to try to develop and direct the necessary capacity to flow the currents of energy that nourishes all the organs and endocrine glands. 
The practice of these exercises are so effective that the results will not wait, the energy level rises with a rapidity so great that the best time to practice this type of movement is the morning, because, reactivating much energy at night can cause insomnia. 

It is found in the practice of Tibetan eliminating hangover immobility due to trauma, caused by depression, laziness, indecision, and since the first week you can feel an improvement in strength and energy, improved health and mental clarity. 
This type of enhancement brings the body to improve the functions of the circulatory system, nervous, respiratory, motor, hormonal energy, so that you develop a feeling of wellness that will positively influence the emotional stability.  
The breath plays a key role in these exercises, you should make note at the right pace, be aware that we enter into the body in inspiration oxygen and clean the greatest good for our life and emit oxygen unclean exhalation. By performing these rituals with total concentration to allow the spiritual body to dominate the physical body, we invite the latter to feed on life force vibrating ageless. 

The body has not decided to be old or weak but it is our ability to guide that allows him to express the desired level of subjective well-being, this will become masters of themselves and lose the desperate feeling of being at the mercy of fate or of some external force. 
Fear and laziness are wiped from our attention is directed entirely to the movement that is life.

Breathing in the first exercise is fluid and count the breaths for as many times as you perform the repetitions of the Tibetans.

In other exercises you inhale and exhale contracting muscle in relaxation.

The number of repetitions can 'be 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 times every rite, to be able to repeat throughout the day for 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 sessions.

And 'advisable to make the Tibetans during the day, not close to meals.

1 - Standing erect, his arms outstretched. The right palm facing the ground and
Left on the sky. Turn on yourself from left to right.

2 - Lie on the floor in a supine position. Arms extended with hands on hips
floor and fingers together. Lift your head and resting his chin on his chest.
Simultaneously raise your legs together, bringing them vertically.

3 - Kneeling on the floor, keeping the body erect. Put your hands on
muscles of the thighs. Tilt your head back, arching the spine.

4 - Sitting on the floor with your legs slightly apart, palms resting next to the buttocks. Raise the head, leaving your arms straight by bending the legs.

5 - Body directed to the floor, bring your head back and extending his arms.
Raise your hips by bending the body to form an inverted V.


Artichokes with pine nuts

Ingredients (for 4 people - easy to '45 min.)

- 6 Romans  artichokes
- 2 lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 10 g parsley
- 50 g pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Salt q.b.


Bring to boil 2 liters of water and add lemon juice and salt to taste.
At the same time clean the artichokes by cutting them in thin strips and boil over high heat for about 15 min.
Place in a frying pan 2 tablespoons oil and brown the garlic. Drain, drain the artichokes to add them to sautéed garlic.
Simmer for another 25 min. adding water or wine of your choice q.b.
In the last 5 min. of cooking time, add the pine nuts, stir, sprinkle with parsley and poppy seeds as desired.
